2. Any data processed by AI mechanisms is subject to the same data protection rules set out in this Privacy Policy
3. AIssistant S.A. ensures that its AI systems are designed and used in accordance with principles of ethics, transparency, and accountability
4. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences for users without their explicit consent or at least prior information
5. AIssistant S.A. actively monitors current and forthcoming regulations on artificial intelligence, in particular the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down harmonised rules on AI (the “AI Act”)
6. AIssistant S.A. declares full readiness to comply with the provisions of the AI Act, including classification of AI systems by risk level, maintenance of technical documentation, conformity assessments, and establishment of oversight and incident reporting mechanisms
